Video: The Game feat Keyshia Cole, "Pain" !

This is the hot video from The Game ft. Keyshia Cole. I like it, it's definitely a banger and it feels good to see a young rapper pay homage to the beginners of the rap game.

T.I. & Tiny Welcome Their New Baby!

According to Sandra Rose, T.I. & Tiny welcomed a baby boy at 12:48 a.m. They've named him Major, who weighed in at 7lbs, 4 oz. & is 21 inches long. Mommy & baby are both doing just fine...& there's no doubt the proud papa is happy to have a new little one added to his family.

Mariah Carey Leaves Ex "Heartbroken"

Mariah married Nick Cannon fast, quick, & in a hurry. She shocked not only her friends & family but according to Us Weekly, her boyfriend of 4 years, music producer Mark Sudack. Granted the two broke up in early 2008, he's still pretty devastated. Still have no clue who this JOKER is, well...their relationship was kept pretty quiet, but he reportedly worked on her E=MC2 cd. A friend tells the mag, "Everyone is scared to call him because no one knows what to say...He never thought she would go off and marry someone else. He’s heartbroken and shocked...(he) loved her so much." Mimi's not trying to hear all of that & isn't thinking about that man. While attending Ellen Degeneres' 50th birthday bash, she reportedly told Pink, "Five minutes after I met Nick, I knew I’d marry him." Mark Sudack needs to just get over it. That woman has moved on. My guess is she's completely smitten cuz Nick knows how to put it DOWN!!

Rihanna Makes History!

Congrats are in order! With 267,000 digital download sales, Rihanna's "Take a Bow" is expected to jump from #53 to #1 today. This makes Ri-Ri the very first female artist to have the biggest jump to the top spot on Billboard's Hot 100. She is 2nd only to Maroon 5's "Makes Me Wonder", which went from #64 to #1 in May 2007. Coincidentally, the collaboration between Rihanna & Maroon 5 with "If I Never See Your Face Again," is expected to make a pretty high debut as well.

BET Award Nominations!

T-Pain snagged the most nominations, 5 in all. Three of the nominations were in the Best Collaboration category, for his work on Kanye West's "Good Life," Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss", and Flo Rida's "Low." Kanye West is going to throw a fit cuz he's tied with Keyshia Cole for 3 nominations. Let's all say a prayer that he goes home with something, or at least doesn't throw another temper tantrum while the cameras rolling! This year, the Lifetime Achievement Award honoree is Al Green while Quincy Jones will go home with the Humanitarian Award. The show will be in L.A. on June 24 & will reportedly feature performances from Nelly, Usher, Lil' Wayne, Mary J. Blige and Mariah Carey.

Jury Selected For R. Kelly Trial

After much anticipation for R. Kelly's long awaited child pornography trial to begin, a jury has finally been seated. With all the drama surrounding this case, no one should've expected a jury selection of Kelly's peers would be easy. Both sides made passionate arguments and as we've seen time & time again, they just couldn't help but play that dreaded RACE CARD. R. Kelly's lawyers objected to the prosecution's last 2 peremptory challenges (booting someone without needing a reason), on a Black man & Asian woman. They claimed the prosecutor was trying to whitewash the jury. The prosecution basically jumped up on its hind legs & argued, "Uh uhhh...they did it first!" They pointed to the Defense's use of their 6 peremptory challenges on white people. Ultimately, the final result was a jury of 8 white & 4 black men and women. The opening statements start Tuesday morning. Sex tapes, piss, underage girls, & threesomes...toss in the race card & you've got one helluva trial.
